Amy: Black has been in my Orlando family since I moved here in 2005. His wife, Myra, lights up any room and his girls have all played important roles in my life. His youngest was our flower girl 12 years ago. The middle two took guitar lessons from me.
Black and I have deep conversations about life, politics, devolving into our conspiracy theories of JFK. He is one of the most encouraging friends I’ve ever had. Somebody’s History was just a poem stuck on the page, until he helped bring it alive in the recording studio. It gave me the courage and the hope to share it with all of you.
Black is a talented chef, composer, and sound engineer.
